My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, but quite dated and dark, equipped with a small kitchen and free laundry, which was convenient. The service was exceptional, with Claire being especially helpful during check-in. The location was good for easy access to motorways and the airport but lacking in walkable attractions. The dining options were decent but could use more variety. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
Staying at the hotel was an overall pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious with 2 separate bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, and a kitchenette, making it perfect for families. The service was exceptional, especially from Monica and Claire who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient for those with a car, offering easy access to motorways and the airport. However, the dining experience left much to be desired with limited options for breakfast.
The hotel rooms were larger and better equipped than some assisted living facilities. Though there was a lingering smoking room smell upon check-in, the well-furnished rooms offered a variety of pillow styles. The service was pleasant, with staff always available and accommodating. The location, while a bit small for the number of guests, was quiet and convenient for car travelers. The dining options, while not top quality, provided plenty of variety during my stay. The facilities met expectations overall.
